The following applies for Clinics or Practitioners that would like to try the NCC service before commiting to a more formal agreement.

Please be familiar with these terms and for any assistance please contact the NCC team via admin@customcompounding.com.au

1. Order should be placed via NCC Portal order.customcompounding.com.au or Email admin@customcompounding.com.au.
2. When the order is reviewed by the NCC team, it will then be priced and dispensed.
3. The NCC team will then contact you for payment via a phone call.
4. Once payment is received, we will schedule a time for the production in the labs, generally next business day but subject to existing workloads in the labs.
5. When products are made and completed, the NCC team will send you a SMS for collection.

Other important points

1. If shipping is required, please make the delivery address clear on the original order.
2. When the NCC team contacts you for payment, a shipping quote will be provided.
3. No refunds are possible on any orders after compounding process commences.
4. Time frame from placing the order to collection is generally 3-4 business days, but the NCC team will confirm ETA after payment is completed.
5. Pricing will be at the Patient price; no other discounts will apply.
